Announcement to shareholders of Holcim (Liban) s.a.l.

In accordance with the decision of the Ordinary General Assembly held on July 7, 2017, related to the distribution of dividends for the financial year 2016, against coupon N° 12 of the shares issued on 14/5/2007,

The Management of the company announces the payment of the dividends starting Monday July 24, 2017, at the rate of 3,600 LBP (three thousand six hundred Lebanese Pounds) net per share, as follows:

• The shareholders who have deposited their shares at their banks in Lebanon will receive their dividends through “MIDCLEAR“.
• The other shareholders will receive their dividends by submitting coupon N° 12 of the Company’s shares, issued on 14/5/2007 to one of the following banks:

  • Banque Libano-Française SAL:

    • Jeitawi Branch, Beirut.

    • Jbeil Branch, Jbeil.

    • Tripoli Branch, Al-Tall.

  • ​Société Générale de Banque au Liban:

    • Hamra Branch –Banque du Liban Street –Sehnaoui Building
    • Tripoli, Boulevard Fouad Chehab – Imm. Assem Zock, Face to NSSF (National Social Security Fund).

       

And this between July 24, 2017, and December 24, 2017 for holders of nominative shares and between July 24, 2017 and November 3, 2017 for holders of bearer shares who, pursuant to this deadline, will not be able to collect their dividends unless they exchange their bearer shares into nominative ones in application to law no. 75/2016.

In the case of nominative shares, the date of the beneficiaries registry for distribution (record date) is set for the July 21, 2017.
